Figures are stiff. This can be improved by drawing the line of action all the way from the head to the foot/wherever the figure's weight it being held.

Good work!! and congrats on your first sketchbook! Advice: Try making sharp continous lines for your quick sketches instead of a lot of tiny lines that ressemble fur, imagine the line in the paper before, trace it, and go for it! It is a game changer. Keep going ;)

That's sound advice, I started to draw on a A3 sketchbook for my second one, and it's a bit easier to do longer lines, but yes it's definitively something I need to work on.
