Another practice today

The head is drawn quite well. I'd say my biggest critique has to do with the hair. To make it look full and more detailed it's better to break it down into shapes. You can use references and divide areas up into bangs, sides, etc. 
Drawing shapes then defining them instead of individually drawing each hair will significantly improve your hair game!

the head looks pretty well structured, except for the ears. the ears seem too small, generally ears span from the eyebrows to the tip of the nose. also agree with the other person about the hair.

This is really neat. I see some of my own trouble with eyes though, its so tough to keep eyes aligned and "looking right." I think that if you took some time to sketch really basic head shapes with eyes, in all kinds of positions, it might help to get that detail down! Im currently trying myself ahah!
