Thank you very much, Bee! I'll try to apply your kind critique and pay more attention to the line of action and do what you suggested. Much appreciated!

You captured all the best elements of a cat stretching up for their favorite toy. You nailed the belly ridge in the fur, the arch of the tail and the squat little legs lol the cat's right arm (on the left side of the drawing) looks a little low on the body, so I think raising it up a little and moving it a little more out from the body would look more realistic, if that's what you're going for. The head is so cute and the ears look properly proportioned to the rest of the head. Good work :)

Thank you! It was a 2 minute exercise. In 30 seconds I barely draw anything, still trying to learn how to capture the structure first. Thank you for your kind comments. I started this journey with serious proportion problems. I got much better and I hope that with time and much practice it will correct itself.

The thing that stands out to me the most is an uneven distribution of detail. It looks like you put much more focus and time into the face and paws (which look adorable), however the lower body & tail feels neglected & less refined. I'd say either give yourself more time so you can refine each part of the animal/figure you're drawing more evenly, or be more conscious of how much time you spend on each area.

Yes, I'm new to this type of exercise and didn't know how to manage my time. Before I knew it, the seconds were running out and I had to rush through the lower body part. T :-) I am sure that with practice I will learn to focus on the structure and place the details more evenly. hank you for your kind feedback.

I feel like the pose is a little stiff and it could be more expressive. Maybe arching the curve more or straightening it out will make the cat look less stiff. More definition on the chest can help with the perspective of the piece as well; you have good perspective on the face I just wish it went through the body. Also not sure if this is just because of the pose itself, but the body looks a little long for the size of the legs.
But overall really cute drawing!! :D
