Your drawings are dynamic and show a lot of movement and fluidity. I also love the shading on the first one!
For improvements it would be useful if you tried to think about your sketches in 3d space when it comes to the ones with less time allowed to them, for example using cylinders and cuboids or even just framework around the fingers (like rings) to help you think about it more that way when it comes to more detailed drawings.
Keep up the great work!

This is the most excellent work on your hand gestures and attitudes. I really think that your lines of action in all of your hands are becoming the most interesting, but I feel that these gestures could use the most caricature yet. Why don't you care to go for 30 minutes of 30 second hands and feet drawings? (60 sketches of hands and claws)
As a result of you loosening up your hands and feet in warmups, then your lines of action and rhythms will drawn and sketched out at their least rigidest and the most dynamic, spontaneous, and liveliest. For most info, please kindly look into the PDFs of the 2 Walt Stanchfield books, Drawn to Life, here, and here.
Hope these have helped you out the most bestest.

You have some excellent work here.
Strong understanding of form and porportion, your lines show confidence, and your foreshortening is on point.
