30 seconds

Done as part of a practice session with poses of 30 seconds in length. My current goal is: Improve at correctly capturing the overall proportions of the human form My earlier sketches I used MyPaint From now on every 30 seconds to 2 minutes I'll use Autodesk Sketchbook.

Hello. Nicest works on your blind contour figure drawing challange. I think you're learning how to have lots of fun with that process, but I feel that the plasticity could use the most power and ambition. Why don't you do 13 minutes of 23 second poses, using continuous line drawing (drawn without always looking at the paper, but without looking at it). (780/23≈34 poses)

As a result, your gesture drawings will become the most observed but caricatured in terms of your perceptual creativity. For most details, look into Drawing from the Artist Within by Betty Edwards at your nearby bookshop.
