Nice work on your sculptural gestures on your animals, akikoma. Especially, your mammals and insects. But, if I was to make a small suggestion on your canine sketch, it would be this: I love how much movement you've got going on for your dog, but I feel that these lines are too bold right away, even in the black. Why don't you please do 5 minutes of 30 second dog poses? And would you like to please check out this link of digitigrade animals?
And why?? Because, it'll help your lines of your dogs become very, very lighter, and this can help you out on your perception and awareness of animal anatomy. Cheers to you, and I hope you'll find this ingratiating, supportive, and encouraging.
