Nice drawing! But I think you're capable of doing a lot more in 20 minutes. Here's something that might help you out— time yourself with shorter iterations. Try starting with 5 minutes for a few days, then go down to 2 minutes, and so on. Once you get comfortable drawing in short amounts of time, you'll find you can capture and work on a lot more rendering in a 10 or 20 minute iteration. Best of luck, and keep up the good work!

Thank You, Diana M. Your comments are appreciated. I work with the 30 minute class mode mostly when I am using the website. It starts off with the 30 second poses and then it continues with the 1 min, 5 min, and 10 min poses. On occasion, I see if the pose is coming out nicely, I'll simply extend time by touching the screen around the sign telling me the session is over and it allows me more time with the picture. Hence the 20 min. I am working on getting faster.

Nice work on your 20-min facial expression, leofelco816, that's very perfect.

If I was to give you an honest and integral critique, is that I really don't see enough feeling and vitality in your expression, though I see some of it. Why don't you please do 99 more minutes of 29 second face poses, all in three different flips, and in 3 days? (99 mins/3 days=33 mins a day) The reason why you could do this interesting and really exciting challenge is because, it could help you loosen up on not only your observations, but also, your memory and imaginations.

Good luck from me, and I hope you've found this definitely and absolutely unpresumtuous, encouraging, and stimulating.

Hello friend,

I recommend you try two things:

1 - try capturing the entire face, not just the facial features

2 - Try drawing straighter lines, with less repeated zig-zag lines. Do it like this:
First, move your pencil in the air, above the paper, to understand where to draw the line.
Then draw it with a single stroke!
You can also make small dots at the beginning and the end of where the line should be, to make it easier.

Good luck!

Thank You Amit123, Line control is one of the things I believe I am improving on. It is a challenge to do so under the clock. When you are practicing under the clock, it's difficult to not resort to scribbling just to complete the picture. I will use you suggestions to improve in that area.
