Animal Practice

Done as part of a practice session with poses of 10 minutes in length.
I really needed to brush up on drawing animals, and it's pretty evident that I am really rusty, so I know what I'm doing for the next couple of weeks

Well, if I could provide you an examination or two, it would be two things: 1) I think that a couple of the dog on the upper left corner's paws look a little bit too symbolic than like a real dog paw's gestures. 2) I love the motion and freedom of lines in all of drawings, but I can't help feel some of the stiffness in them. Why don't you please loosen yourself up, through 122 minutes of 30 second animal poses (122 x 60/30, 7320/30=244 animal models -- all flipped vetically, if you can do it) The reason why????????? It's because of two reasons: First of all, it would, could, and should help you out on making the switch from L-Mode to R-Mode. And second, to help out on making your animal anatomy less stiffer, and more fluider, exaggerated, and livelier. For more info, make sure to look for two of Betty Edwards' books: Drawing on the Right Side of the Brain, and Drawing on the Artist Within. Plus an added bonus, the new release, Drawing on the Dominant Eye.
Good luck from me to you, and I hope you've found this fun, completely and totally beneficlal and forthcoming.
