My current goal is: Improve at correctly capturing the overall proportions of the human form
Polyvios Animations
Greatest job on your beautifully shaded and solid drawings of those poses, lilalume1. I love them very, so much. I think and really feel like you know where you're going with that.

So, if I could suggest you a very fair criticism, to could be that though your proportions and angles (relationships) are appealingly perceived, that those edges and spaces are a bit farthest too rigidest and stiffest to me. Would you please work carefully but loosely with another 10 minute quick sketch of the female pose???

The reason why you could and should do this suggestion is as a result, your lines and spaces will become the least rigid and the most fluidy, dynamic, energetic, lively and vital in your execution. Practice makes progress, and progress makes myelin. For further details, make sure you check out here, this link. This link is about how practice makes progress and perfect. Don't be discouraged if you don't get it instantly. It takes time and energy.

Cheers, good luck to you and your goal, and I hope you've found this completely and totally helpful, informative and encouraging.

Love your style of drawing. It appears that you're using the box technique. Consider perspective.
