Day 4

by Epic Bob, September 18th 2024 © 2024 Epic Bob

Today i somehow found some more dynamsism in my 10 min gestures. I actually feel proud of the feeling of "Force" of 2 and 3.
I think i have to push the reference fotos to get a more dynamic and flowy feel and i feel like i found some flowing lines today.

Can i push the flow and dynamics even more?

I think your poses are really good and flowey! They are really good in that regard, however I think if you're wanting a more 'solid' dynamic pose you have to play around with/be a bit more mindful about their centre of gravity and also what direction each part of the body is pushing/pulling

1.

This first image i've redlined sticking more solidly to your poses, I think changing the position of the feet to be a bit more 'opposing' or pushed to be further back or even at a different angle. Especially with post 2, pushing the sword to be implied a little further back than her face. Her stance has been altered to give her a more stable stance by getting in some perspective distance.

2.

These are drawings that I have just pushed even further based on your pose with more exaggurated anatomy. Again we have opposing pushing and pulling of different body parts, the way that theyre angled and then the connecting perspective between those. The sword pose I pushed so we are not seeing much of the figures front torso since we are seeing their pelvic area pretty head on due to the position of the feet, so to create that twist we are hiding the torso.

Hopefully this was clear and fair!

This I great, thank you

Great anatomy! Love these poses as well :D

If you're looking for even more flow and dynamics, I'd try out a more stylized/exaggerated artstyle by bending the spine or legs even more.
