Figure Critique Wanted !

Im looking for some guidance on how I can improve my figure drawing. Especially with gesture and capturing dynamic poses. Also any comments on whether my values read okay would be helpful. I don’t really know what I should be focusing my practice on.

Just practice the gesture regularly and You'll know by yourself what to do now and then

This is MUUUCH better than what I can do, but if I were to give even a small bit of critique, i'd say only on the perspective of the figure.

とてもスタイリッシュな線で良い。かっこいい。
受け取った感情を誇張して加速させて描いてみるとダイナミックになります。
一枚目は足の接地面は良いが、形の精巧さをもっと向上できる。
足や手だけのデッサンをすると良いと思う。
