July 1, 2026 9:45pm #40706Really good drawings for only one minute. If you want to improve, I'd suggest increasing your time and working it down from a higher number, such as 3 minutes. That way you can figure out what you think is crucial to a one minute gesture and what isn't.1July 2, 2026 5:26am #40709Those 1 minute quick poses are great in all honesty , they got rhythm, looseness and feel alive... Like our colleague suggests maybe longer poses for variation... My question to you after you say " I would like to get better but im feeling stuck," would be first ... what is it you trying to achieve ? Getting better is very broad idea... getting better in quick sketching? in Anatomy? in Posing? Acting? I think once you explore internally more what is your goal then constructive feedback could be given back to you :-) Keep drawing!1July 3, 2026 12:35pm #40711these are great and very dynamic for 1 minute. try being more intentional with your lines. throwing them with intention will make the pose look cleaner, even if its not super detailed.1July 4, 2026 5:33am #40718these are super expressive! i would try doing these with cleaner, more intentional lines. You can see your mistakes more clearly with that approach, if you are using these in any way to improve your anatomy. You'll see what you default to and where those mistakes lie. The scribbly lines are dynamic and exciting looking, but can obscure other issues.1July 5, 2026 5:38am #40722Stylistically very cool and I think it's impressive how you managed to get the foreshortening looking convincing with this style. There's not much room to grow while use this particular style though, as it doesn't really allow for fine details or realistic proportions. A focus on refining details and more intentional lines seems like the next step in my very humble opinion.1July 5, 2026 8:05am #40724i think that these are really expressive! i can definitely see what the model is doing through your capture of poses even when there are a lot of attempts to draw the line, but I suggest limiting to two or three lines per attempt to capture the actions since the number of lines in img2603 kinda distracts me from looking at the pose in general and I was spending a few secs trying to make out what the legs are doing.
I suggest that in your next studies you can start limiting extra lines and add some more contours? BUt honestly tho I think these are super great for one minute, captuing the line of actions and adding the limbs within that amount of time1
