Hi, I'm quite new to this whole thing (currently studying figures) and I kinda grasp what I want to do in the 30s and 1min intervals (sort of), but I'm not sure what I'm supposed to be doing with the 5 minute and 10 minute intervals.
Hmmm, that's a very good question, Xllvr,
I really think you know something on how intervals work, in the 30 seconds and 60 seconds (1 minute) sides, and as for the 5 and 10 minute intervals, well, it could help and encourage you to be more slower and careful in the forms, spaces, and relationships (proportions and angles).
Hope you'll find this definitely and absolutely beneficial and helpful.
Yup that helps. And as practice I'm starting to get where I need more time and what to do. Thanks for the answer!
