    Hello! For the month of May, I was working on contours. Next month I will be working on the center of gravity.

    I am still studying the Micheal Hampton Figure Design and Invention Book

    I am open to critiques because I feel plateauing. Thank you!

    Giving a critique is really hard, because there are so many drawings, and they are of such varying quality. It seems when all stars align, you can put out impressive results, the question is how you get them aligned more consistently. Sorry, I got no silver bullet for you. Obviously more practice has to be part of the recipe, probably combined with self observation to nail down the mixture.

    Maybe try ordering your sketches, keep the best for last, and give them more screen time to absorb, while flicking relatively quickly through the chaff.
