Hey, these look really good!
I like how you broke the figures down step by step — you can really see the structure coming through, and that running pose especially has a ton of energy, feels like it could be straight out of a comic panel. The only thing I’d say is that the torso/pelvis connection is a little stiff in some of them. Next time, maybe try starting with a big sweeping line of action first, and then build the boxes/cylinders on top, that’ll keep the flow and make the poses feel even more alive. But seriously, you’re building a really solid foundation here, and it shows. Keep going, this is exactly the kind of practice that pays off

it is my honor to share some thoughts with you.
Frist, it is good that you use the simple line and shapes to show the figure on the top of your photo.
A little advice here, it is the draft to show yourself the position of all parts of the body, the line could be lighter. Then you don't have to erase the draft while you are shading it.
And one more thing, while you are making the draft, it could be more slower, to measure all the parts more accurately. To prevent finding problems after shading and difficalt to fix them.
By the way, it is very good to share your work publicly, asking for suggestions. You will be more and more good at it.
Hope you enjoy drawing and best wishes.
