Hi EmeraldBoa,
It's not quibbling at all, you definitely deserve the full time. :) Sorry if it's been gotten wrong. We generated and sent all the codes by hand, so it's entirely possible we just misclicked when assigning the time on the code. Please email backer-rewards@line-of-action.com with your backer code so we can look it up and get things fixed for you. :)
October 7, 2018 6:44pm #3073There's currently no way to remove a particular photographer's work, sorry! I am working very hard on a feature which will allow filtering photos based on various tags, such as filtering out sexy photos or photos involving costumes, which might address some of what you're looking for.
Marcus' photos were really intended more for stock photography use rather than artist training work, but his permissive use licenses were some of the most generous we encountered when looking for our original supply of photos.
September 28, 2018 7:50pm #3036No problem, I will add to my list to do more testing from Edge as well! I'm glad we have a workaround for you for the meanwhile :)
September 27, 2018 1:04pm #3029Just a quick tip about getting your image to work: Remember if you want to post an image, the link will have to end with an image file extension such as .jpg or .png. If your link doesn't end that way, then it's a link to a page that has an image on it, not to an image! Only images can be embedded, not whole other pages.
The easiest way to get your image link from imgur is to right-click the image and choose "copy image address" from the context menu. Then you can paste it inside of img tags here. :) I've gone ahead and done this for you for your convenience this time. :)
1September 24, 2018 7:43pm #3003It does in fact already do some automatic reduction of the photo once we receive it; the problem is that it won't receive larger images right now in the first place. :)
September 24, 2018 6:58pm #3001Fixed for you. The only thing that should be inside your img tag is the number of the image. :)
1September 23, 2018 2:20pm #2991I'll see what I can do about making this limit clearer and equipping us with a better error message so people know what's going on. :)
September 22, 2018 12:58pm #2983Yup, Sanne hit it on the head, 2MB is our current limit. I'm seeing if there's anything realistically and safely to be done about that, but that's what it is for now. :)
September 21, 2018 1:23pm #2972Hi Bookwrymling! I'm gonna have a few questions to try to narrow this down. First off, what's the file size of the image you're trying to upload? :)
September 20, 2018 3:54pm #2955Are you uploading very large files?
September 20, 2018 12:41pm #2952I'm loving watching these. I DO think you're making progress!
1September 19, 2018 7:22pm #2942It's super different now, I think they've even changed the name since then. :)
September 19, 2018 1:34pm #2936Max image size increased when viewed from the actual "sketchbook" page (you'll still have to click through for the forums)
September 19, 2018 10:02am #2932Lemme see what I can do :)
September 18, 2018 6:59pm #2918Since it's been a week with no updates, I'm going to close this topic for now. If you still need help, please feel free to respond. :)
