August 6, 2013 1:04pm #85Hey guys, chris here.
I've already been quite the adventurer into anatomy and gestures before I used this site,
but I wanted to get your perspective on some of my works. I would greatly admire any suggestions for improvements.I have selected three of my drawings that I have posted on Deviantart.

1July 28, 2013 11:48pm #944Hey Caynishblueintheblue,
Nice work on the linkwork firstly ;D.and for improvement I would suggest working heavily into anatomy. Mainly proportions and size ratios. because the artwork "I thought you hated us" character has a stretched torso, it seem to stretch farther than it would normally.
I hope this helps :).
keep it up.1July 28, 2013 11:43pm #943Hey Artfan2929,
when drawing emotions you should really learn how to 'Exaggerate" them as much as possible.
-Example-
http://face-and-emotion.com/dataface/emotion/media/surpxwom.jpgThe reason for this is to be able to understand how the human head morphs to create such emotion. from doing this you will be able to understand how to tone down and up the emotion for such desired purposes.
Hope it helps ;D
