Hello,
I cannot be sure what area of your art you wish to be critiqued so take what I say with a grain of salt. I think that just with the sitting pose, I believe it is a bit stiff for a gestural drawing. My suggestion would be to still think of the entire figure as single line of action, despite that the figure is sitting down. Be a bit more bold with the line of action to loosen it up.
Thank you for letting me for critic your work.

it seems like u are having a similar problem i am having ,idk for sure but i feel like u are not spending enough time on these sketches ,especially in the beginning of practicing with a timer   u should give urself grace and pause it now and then i say it as i do it too or do lesser drawings with more time to work on single drawing,i don't mean be slow ,u should try to do it as fast as possible  definitiely but if u can't even complete atleast the rough outline of muscle what's the point u won't be able to get much out of it.trust me u will get faster after awhile but u need to concentrate on geting the essence of the pose on the paper at the minimum.

Depending on what youre currently studying, you should try and practice more gesture before practicing form. Youll get proportions and anatomy quicker and your poses will be less stiff
