I recently finished a manga called a Witch's printing office, and since I quite like the design of the main character I decided to draw a pose from the book.
It came out better than I was expecting but I think I still struggle with eye placement, I've tried to get better with creating depth in my faces by practising planes from 3d models but I still have room to go in this aspect.

She's very cute and I'll have to give that manga a read! Also pls tell me if this is helpful, I've never critiqued anyone before so I'll try my best.
I hope you can see that image (I uploaded it to pinterest bc I don't know any other way to do it). I made some small changes with the help of liquify and drew a little over it. To explain what I did:
The face is looking over the shoulder which means it will have a 3/4 view rather than a front facing view.
The ear should line up with the top of the eyes
The right shoulder is facing the viewer at an angle so that will appear bigger than the left side of the body
A line of action is added to indicate the spine (I would say this is the key to getting the pose you want!)
Both arms will have elbows ending around the waist
The body and legs will come straighter down otherwise she would tip over.
However, I thought I'd already drawn the face in 3/4 view?
