April 9, 2024 3:21pm #31319+1 for the site saving our settings for class modes, perhaps with two buttons at the start with one to 'continue previous practice' and one to 'start new practice session' that then takes you to the menu as it is. Also agree a setting to change the size of the timer would be helpful. I don't like sounds from browsers, so if you do include countdown ticks or alarms, please set the default option for them to be off. I would not mind a visual indicator on the timer though, for example it slowly transitioned to a different colour as the time ran out (maybe options to set the colours for colour blindness reasons).
I would also love if this site was optimised for mobile and tablets so that zooming in still kept the skip options visible and timer as well, as zooming in will usually hide these.
Finally it would be kind of nice as a premium option to be able to just mass block the full set of images of a particular model, rather than having to do it one by one as they come up when there's sometimes a lot of images of one model to go through.
Otherwise can't think of much else, apart from maybe converting some of the larger images to .webp which may help with loading times. Thanks for making this site, I really love it!April 10, 2024 6:17pm #31330It'd be cool to have a way to upload our own pictures, and use those for private practice! I have a few pictures that i'd love to add to my rotation.April 10, 2024 8:31pm #31331Quote:It'd be cool to have a way to upload our own pictures, and use those for private practice! April 11, 2024 3:59pm #31337One small extra I would like to have is an edit option for critiques. I am a bit OCD in regards to grammar and spelling, and when I discover typos in my critiques, it itches a bit.- Aunt Herbert edited this post on April 11, 2024 1:02pm. Reason: OCD
April 11, 2024 8:46pm #31339I would like slightly better quality control of reference photos - no models that are poorly lit and wearing too much/too loose/too dark clothing. In short, I want to draw models that I can see. Great majority of photos are fine, there are some exceptions - a person in a loose dress posing outside in contrasting lighting, a person in black catsuit in a dark studio - that one is probably the worst, I can't see them at all. Ofcourse, I can skip them, so not really a problem... Also I would like to add that I love Line of Action, I think it's already a great, highly beneficial resource as it is.April 11, 2024 11:36pm #31340April 12, 2024 8:59am #31342I agree with dancer types. it would make for more dynamic gestures. Love the female bodybuilder pics also. More please.
i would also like to suggest more customization of sessions
custom sessions (10min, 15 min, 45min, etc)
custom amounts (3 of 2min, 10 of 5min, 6 of 10min, etc.)
That would be great (if it's possible)!April 14, 2024 10:09am #31351Hi Kim, I really love this programm, it accompanies my every day for warm ups and start the day.
In the last month loging in was so difficult ( it took immense time until pages showed up) that I constantly went in without loging. It only appeares with this side. I would love to log in faster.
Besides some extra motion poses and extrem angles would be nice. Snd I would love to know more about the start of the side, who was the founder, what was the starting intension, who is the administrator...April 15, 2024 12:05pm #31354Good morning, Kim, it's me again, just sleeping and how are you?
Say, what we really like to see from our website is more than difficult and awkward poses and attitudes most conducive to pose warmups. Oh, and what about poses based on pilates, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and of course, orthotics attitudes? Because, I've come from pilates, P.T., and more.
What do you say? OK??April 15, 2024 9:05pm #31358Quote:In the last month loging in was so difficult ( it took immense time until pages showed up) that I constantly went in without loging. It only appeares with this side. I would love to log in faster.
I'm super sorry to hear about that! Thank you for the heads up.May 7, 2024 6:45pm #31547OK, here is a change, that I would appreciate, and it has to do with the review page after finishing a class.
So, while doing a class, I get presented a series of references, do some initial sketches, and switch to the next reference, once the timer is up, all working as intended. But it occassionally happens, that one of the references had a special spark with me, I really chimed with the lines and shapes, my sketch was ace, and I would love to try to finish that drawing.
Good thing, after the class is done, I can (unless there is a legal issue) look on the review page for that reference.
Bad thing, it's only sized as a bit bigger thumbnail now, and I can't click on it to get it back to full page size to continue the drawing.
If you could add an option here, that by clicking on one of those thumbnails, I can basically starts a new class session, beginning with that specific reference, timing option set to "all the same time", with timer either set to 3600 seconds or even somehow to infinity, that would be perfect.
A second thing, completely different topic: All the photographers on this page basically come with their own models, and their personal style in presenting and lighting them. If you could somehow squeeze in an option into the selection menu for the session, that let's me pick out all references from a specific photographer, that would also be very interesting.
In practical terms, I could imagine it as an extension of the review page. Make the name of the studio on the review page into a button, that allows me to mark them as "favorite" and save them to "My studio". Then, if I start a session while having one or more studios marked as "favorite" the option to start a session only from references from that studio is included?
I think this could very reasonably be advertised as a perk for paying users only. It's certainly not crippling if you don't have it (we don't have it now), and there is the thematic rhyme between paying for the services from a good photographer and being able to exclusively select them.September 6, 2024 1:31am #32448September 6, 2024 1:27pm #32449Hi!
How about numbering each image as they're cycling through? I often find myself counting how many I've drawn to make sure ive drawn the number of poses I intended to.
Also, I would also like to see some dancer types. How about skateboarders? Wrestlers?
Keep up the great work!
-DannySeptember 6, 2024 5:05pm #32450In the drawing tool, in the What Time Interval choices, it would be nice to have a way to enter a custom number of minutes (not just seconds) for a pose, or else a chart to convert minutes to seconds for 15, 20, 25 minute or longer poses. Thanks for everything you're doing!September 6, 2024 7:24pm #32453
