The overall pose looks good with believable proportions. I also like the details of the hand and in the face. Personally, I find it difficult to hit the proportions in the face well in such a short time. There is some rigidness in the shoulder area. I can see that you use boxes for the initial sketch. My guess is that the rigidness in the shoulders and your usage of boxes are connected. Maybe try to use curved lines and ovals for the first impression + proportions (as it is e.g. suggested in the tutorial here on the website).

The upper part of the body looks very good + how the head is tilted. The leg on the right side, however, looks like it is not positioned ideally. I think you would need to position it a bit more farther to the right. It is a difficult pose you chose. When I draw such poses, I usually make an ellipsis of the whole hip and then add the legs. As far as I can see, you have not erased any lines you did and so I can see that you did not outline the whole hip area. Starting with such an ellipsis may help you to make it not too narrow.
And unrelated to the drawing itself: it would be good if you could mention the amount of time you have spent on this sketch in your description :)
