Your poses have some good movement/liveliness to them, so congrats for that :)

I agree with lightning bug, focusing on your proportions seems like a nice next step. Personally i'd recommend adding a few longer poses in your routine (start with 10 minutes, and shorten if needed) and taking a minute before drawing to compare the limbs to each other. this can be done by tracing imaginary lines (example : a left shoulder might be aligned with a left foot) that can help you keep track of where things should be.

It's also nice to start with the center of the drawing, which is almost always the torso. Because all the limbs come out of it, it can help you balance things out :)

    keep it up !

I seem to miss a lot of the finer details of proportions- if anyone has good tips i'm taking them

    Hi!
Your gestures are already pretty good, and have a lot of movement to them! congrats for that :)
As for advice, i have two things: maybe try a bigger pencil, or another looser drawing technique. This could add depth to your lines, and help you step away from drawing similar body types. it seems like you already have a pretty clear artstyle, and automatically go back to drawing similar body types. And seconly, looking at it, it seems like you're spending a lot of time on the heads, where for this type of shorter pose a simple circle does the trick. It'll give you more time to work on the rest of the body. :)
Keep up the good work !
