True, I was thinking more as an excercise to get the poses into other contexts. Maybe just use any poses as long as the original ones are shown in the same file?

Hey bgarcat, the poses look nice but you have to draw through, the top one has her right leg severed from her body, besides that I say carry on good siiiiir or madaaaam! x)

Hey Kazzyschemes, your image is so small its hard to see anything. From what I can see you're not building on the line of action - I recommend you do some 30 second poses just taking down the line of action. Before putting pencil to paper think: What line would this pose best be represented as.

Hey Whotower! There are so many options, when I started drawing birds for a while I just googled anatomy bird and I was set for life. Just saying x) But Terryl Whitlatch is a great source for animal anatomy. I think she even has a course on schoolism if you're more into videos.

Wow! This is just great, they have volume, direction and overlaps look good. The only things I can say is that you lack a line of action to make the gestures really flow and the second thing is that you seem to be placing the pelvis just below the ribcage. The measurement I've learned is that it's about 1 fist between the bottom of the ribcage and the top of the pelvis and it's really easy to try out on yourself. I'd do a video on these shenanigans it's just that I'm going to sleep, maybe I'll post one tomorrow. Anyways - nice 2 minute poses!

Haha well, I've made this trying to critique your drawings and I don't know if I actually did that. I don't have time for retakes so this'll have to do. I hope it's helpful in a way! XD

These are really good, proportions are there, direction and form. Supergood! The connection between the head and neck on the far right one is a bit strange. How much anatomy are you studying?

Hey Maks! It's good to see you're constructing the figure and just within a week! It looks like you need to work on proportions however - Try focusing on getting the general proportions down as fast as you can and then control them before going further. Your 5 minute poses look better but keep in mind that the distance between the bottom of the ribcage and the top of the pelvis is about 1 fist in distance. Anyways keep it up!

I like it! you understand construction and have a line of action. The only thing I can point out is that the lines seem to be ending at their popo. Try and get the whole body down in 1 stroke. ask yourself: what line would best capture this pose? Also your photos are really blurry so it's hard to critique :/ anyways keep goiiin'

Copying other artists can help with this, I'm currently struggling with my own echochamber, too much of my own drawing without influences tends to make me draw worse the longer I draw, at least that's how I feel

Hey Windmillkey! I love it! you're practicing supereffectively! :3 One thing you should keep in mind is that if you draw the same size you can get stuck drawing that size - so vary the sizes of your drawings. These small figures are also hard to critique, just a thought. anyways keep it going
