After the last practice attempt and got frustrated with it, I decided to change my approach by
1- using the bean/pillow to find the correct center line, twist and turn movement
2- same duration of 30 minutes but with slower pace of 5 minutes per pose. I realized the first 30 secs of class mode worsening my habit of making chaotic searching lines
At slower pace, I have time to find the gravity of the reference pose, the place where the figure puts their weight on, then start placing the bean.

Thank you. I'm still struggling with identifying gesture when it becomes tricky like bending, twisting or foreshortening. I will take your recommendation into my research and practice while diversifying my gesture practice approach😊

Hello, I start to upload my gesture practice progress here and looking for critique on how can be improved. I've been drawing for quite a while but it was done all alone with all the materials I found online, so I'd love to share my practice and see how far I can go.
