Mostly 5-minute poses
I did allow some extra time to study the last one, because I've always found the torso very difficult to understand in that pose.
Critique/input/advice is very welcome.

The studies are good. As, in 5 minutes it would be hard to draw all details. but a bit of advice is maybe include basic shapes to show where the muscles are. So when you are fully studying muscles, it wont be as hard. you can use a line to show the shadow or circles and ovals.
