First class of hands and feet

My current goal is: Reduce stiffness and make my drawings feel more dynamic, energetic, fluid
order is strange cause I was jumping from spot to spot on the canvas but I tried my best as practice

Some of these are really good. I especially like the chopstick hand / arm & the palms together & the soles of the feet drawings. The only places where I see stiffness is when the line gets a bit heavy (top right corner). I would vary the line weight.

You clearly can draw exceptional hands when given more time, that chopstick hand is amazing.
My main critique is with more time you accurately draw the length variations of the individual fingers but with the quicker drawings, all the fingers are the same length.
Its a minor complaint but your drawings are very good, keep up the good work!

Proportions look great but the messy line work is really stealing from the gesture - I'm trying to work on this myself, good luck!

Hello Mazi :)
Nice practice!
I see you use a lot of contour lines and a lot of them on top of each other. I suggest you try to think more of the structure beneath the skin (the bones and muscles shapes), draw those structures and only then try to contour the visible shape. This will help you when you try to create a pose from your imagination, because you will understand the structure and draw it in any position :)
Also, try to use just one line instead of multiple on top of each other. You can use 2 colors to distinguish the "sketch" to the more refined drawing. Like, blue for all the "messy" lines and black on top with fewer and more clear lines.
Hope these are helpful tips :) keep up the great work!
