This looks good, it very clearly demonstrates what pose the woman is doing and I can see all the structure in there!
the next steps to improve would be to think about gravity and how it weighs the body and skin. if you take a closer look at the references you should see bends and dips where the breasts and the left leg (the one stretching out) would adhere to gravity, for the top of the leg you have got it quite right, no changes necessary, but the bottom of the leg would have an arch, very very slightly, showing the skin dropping as well as the curvature of the knee
I would also work on the perspective of the hands, the hands look sort-of flat and for the model to be supporting herself, the hands have to be much more of a sideways view, showing the tips of the fingers, hopefully I should have been able to add a photo to show you a draw-over

This is super helpful, thank you! Yes my hands need some work for sure haha that back hand especially is wonky. I will keep your suggestions in mind, thanks for helping me to better see!

Hello again, Bril, and nicest job on your range or colors, tones, lines, shapes, spaces, and forms and proportions and gesture of your figure drawing right above. However, I'm still not getting enough of your flow in organic forms yet. How would you like to please loosen yourself up with yet another 1 hour class mode of your figure drawings, all from a goal to make your relationships the least stiffest but the most fluidest but liveliest.
As a result, your poses can and will become, like I said, most flowing and most fluidest in the organic spaces and shapes. Good luck to you and your marches of process and progress.
