Looking for feedback on human anatomy

I’ve been basically nonstop practicing anatomy for the past few months, and while I’ve improved, I’m still not really happy with where I am.

It’s stumping me… when I draw anthro characters I’m completely fine. This is presumably because I started my art journey by drawing animals, and I figured that anthro animal characters would be a good way for me to then learn how to draw humans better. 

I’d appreciate some critique on my general anatomy skills, and more specifically I’m looking for some help understanding what I’m doing wrong when it comes to human faces.
