This is a drawing I did using a graphite pencil. The reference photo was one I found on the internet with Google search. I could find the name of the photographer, but this was just for practice.

Your portrait is very well done. The biggest suggestion i would have is to soften the lines on the outline of the hair, And to add some highlights to the hair.
