Drawn with the one-stroke method. Pen on paper. 10-minute drawing

I suggest to run through the pen a few more times at the darker parts to differentiate where the light and shadow. Or you can adjust your weight on the pen by pressing harder at the darker parts and and just barely draw at the highlight part. Our brain can fill in the blank if you draw the most prominent part of the pose/drawing.
I hope you understand what I'm trying to say here.
Your body proportions seems good with just a light weakness at drawing hand and the face is a little off. But so far so good!
You got it! Keep it up!

Shades Hades,

Yes, I exactly know what you mean.

If I had more than the ten-minute period, I probably could have pulled off some shading. But I was focused on not being sketchy and not using founding lines, which has been my crutch for quite some time. More then indacating the base shapes where the light could happen/lay was a pretty big task while taking on this challenge.

The one-stroke method is supposed to be a confidence creator by forcing you to slow down and think critically before you make a mark on the page. Eventually, this will become a habit, and your work will get crisper, cleaner and done sooner. Or that's parts of the goal for working this way.

I think once I am not so concentrated on being accurate enough, I can work on more complex things like shading and line quality. But I am afraid I am not quite there yet. However, that does not mean I should not put some effort in that direction. I will keep it in mind when I am doing this exercise.

Thank you very much for the feedback, and I'll focus more on my hand drawings in the meantime.

All of the best,

JCML Fine Art
