Sharpie Practice - Feb/08/2019
© 2019 Jman3Done as part of a practice session with poses of 2 minutes in length.
My current goal is: Better understand human anatomy, so I can render imagined poses
I am playing with some different mediums other than ballpoint pen. Starting with sharpies I think felt time would be a good starting place. I have used them a little bit but not for any figure drawing really so I decided to give it a shot tonight. I would like some input on how it compares to what I normally do (see the lower drawing or my older works).
I prefer your work with the pen works better becuase you use more construction line. maybe try cross-hatching with the sharpie for a bit more control when shading.
Kittykatc,
Thank you for the input, I have been sticking more with ballpoint lately. I will use felt tip for other projects.
