First off I love that the figures look relaxed, I think you should practice heads in different positions to get that right feel. That seems to be the only big weak point imo

Nice job. I think the left (raised) arm of the figure on the left looks a bit short compared to the rest of the figure. The figure on the right is nice, I like how you captured tension in the fingers with a few lines. I think maybe the nose on that one is a bit to far up on the face, usually the nose is more in line with the ear.
