Done as part of a 3 hour class.

My current goal is: Improve at correctly capturing the overall proportions of the human form

Figure Study: 50 min

Much better. You are making progress. The overall proportions are OK. The right hand is fine but the left-hand needs work. The upper and lower leg should be the same length. Do more drawing to practice your drawing skills. Practice makes better.

Your proportions thus far are pretty good, you seem to have an accurate display of the height. From my view, 6.5 heads is about average. I would suggest you maybe look at the thickness in your study, and for that you need to consider your shapes as well. The models left arm (the arm on the right side looking on) needs to be addressed as well. I don't know the picture you were viewing, so I'm not sure if it was perhaps foreshortening? When drawing the arms, a trick I've heard commonly used, and I've tried and tested it, I shall link it at the bottom.

In short, your form could use some work, but it shows you have a good understanding of what you're going for. Don't be discouraged, you're doing well.

So the main issue in this study for me is the rib cage and the left arm. If you pay atention you may see that the ribcage seems to be missing a part of its back. About the left arm I can only help seeing the refference, but it's a bit dificcult to read volume, if the fore arm is not foreshortened, it is a bit short, if it is foreshortened I can't read this. Also the elbow is just a bit low. A good reminder about it's placement is to know that the elbow is around the weist line, about the end of the ribcage and above the pelvis.
