good work! it's definitely good you're focusing on the basics with the basic shapes and lines. one thing i'd recommend for fluidity purposes is to use a line of action. maybe you did and just erased it or something but the line of action can add a lot of motion to the more dynamic poses. you did use a line for the spine but a line of action is more for the whole body. depending on the leg position, the first pose could have an s shape or a c shape, maybe others. keep up the good work though!

Appreciate the insight! One concern I have is I thought the line of action wasnt supposed to be "S" shaped? Unless I am wrong then correct me please. much love

i think it kinda depends who you ask, i've seen some wonderfully dynamic poses with an 's' shaped line of action. i could definitely be wrong but i think it's more up to personal opinion
