I found this so helpful, but everything but easy. I definitely need to practice more of these,

Greatest work on your fluidity and flow of your organic pose drawings Mr. Leum, but I'm not completely getting enough of the expressive exaggerations. How would you please love to go for 10 more minutes of 28 second quickest scribbles? The logic behind this is because, if your first goal is to improve your flow with the most storytelling boldness, bring it on.

For most details, please look into a YouTube video on improve your quick sketching for helping yourself on making your messiest sketchbooks, here.

Actually, this is more of a sketchbook tour, but nonetheless, inspirational.

My hat's off to you.

Try loose-leaf printer paper and one figure per page. Toss the old drawn pages to the ground and move on to the following figure pose. Don't sweat the mess. No, it's not a waste of paper. Pick up the mess later and enjoy the freedom of being the mad artist for an hour or two whose primary focus is learning.

Why?

Focus on one figure means you are not composing your drawings around other drawings. Composing is a huge distraction to 30 or 15-second images. The point is to get it to the page and its purest essence and emotional story while being as accurate as possible.
That's a lot to do. Adding more figures to the page is not helpful in that instance.

Plus, you will have more freedom to draw from your elbow or shoulder. And! You can't focus on how 'crap' you thought some of your older drawings were. They are not visually present. So, they don't exist when you only have 15-30 seconds.

If you are worried about keeping your drawings so you can see your progress, collect them in a bundle and put them through a hole punch. Stick them in a binder and keep your binders.

Or flip them over and use them a second time. Or Shred them and turn them into new paper, or compost them or use them for scrap paper for excellent works. The possibilities are endless. I personally take mine and turn them into bookmarks.

All the best,
