Hello Wilsbun.
Your portrait has clean lines, and is easy to read. You represent the features of the human face in simple, yet effective forms, and the size and placement of those features follow mostly common human anatomy (the relation between width of chinline and neck seems a bit off)
Your artistic level would be completely sufficient to illustrate short, dialogue based comic strips, for example.
If you want to progress further, you probably want to overcome that the face looks rather flat, and rather generic. Maybe trying to draw the face from the side, and from a three quarters angle would be a good next challenge, so you get more opportunities to struggle with understanding the head as a body in space.
As your placement of features is already quite on the point, I do assume you are already knowledgable with Mr. Andrew Loomis? If so, I would advice to pay good attention to how Loomis begins to indicate the eye sockets, so the eyes look like they sit inside the head, not on top of the page.

Wow, thank you! I appreciate this feedback. It was very encouraging. I definitely want to progress further, and I do agree that it looks rather flat. I'd love to make it more interesting with more gesture, depth, and volume.
I do have a Loomis book, so I'll go back and study up on the details of the face. I think I'll be practicing drawings in a three-quarters angle next like you suggest. Thanks again!

Thank you! I'm doing well. Thanks for asking. I would love to draw more expressive and emotive expressions. I'll check out the class that you are recommending. It's great to find more resources to learn from. Also, I just recently was gifted this volume of the Walt Stanchfield series! I'm very excited that you recommended it, and I plan on looking at it very soon.

Your face needs 3D shaping by this ellipses and sphere work on drawing sphereswith ellipses inside.
Nex shading work on that too.
Apart of this you protrait is great most of the placement of the nose, eyes, ... is good
thank you for your critique! I will definitely focus on practicing my forms and shapes. I'm trying to slowly get into 3D shapes.
I tried to do a flat face- if that makes sense, with only a little shading. Thank you for the compliment! I am afraid to get into portraiture and anatomy, so this was the best I could do.
