Today, I did 20 poses of 30-second sketches and continued with 60-second sketches until I lost focus.

For the first 10 seconds, I carefully observed the flow and pose before starting to draw. While I used to be able to capture more details, focusing on observation means I don't have enough time to include everything. Additionally, changing my pencil grip has made it challenging to draw smooth lines.
