My current goal is: Improve at correctly capturing the overall proportions of the human form
you are doing good but somthing you can work on is instead of working from a small circle then adding from that you should try to identify the shape of the whole face and head like if they are more square or oval if they have a sharp pin jaw or a soft round jaw pay attention to the overall shape of them then add details. also when you have the shape of the head draw i cross where the eyes and nose are facing it will allow for you to understand where the rest of the face will be
