Haha, i *wish* i was contributing to line of action right now! Sadly still haven't been able to make it work. But you best believe once I do i'll be uploading a loooot of pics :3 I even got a better camera setup this year, when the bugs come out in spring im gonna take some great shots.
The majority of my photos are in .JPG format. However, uploading test files that are in .png gives the same error... shows a little "server error" popup in the top right corner of the screen.
I also tested on Edge and Tor browsers but the error remains on other browsers it seems. If all else fails, ill download chrome too and try there maybe
One thing I'm wondering; for submitting multiple photos, it says you need to select all options before starting to put files in, but i can't select the tag for the angle for it says file field is required for it. Idk if the problem could be there? like, the file needs the tag to upload, but the tag needs the file to be there already, so it's softlocked itself into not working? I'm not a coder, so idk if that's something that could happen but I thought it was worth mentioning
tysm for taking all this time towards trying to fix it!
Most of my photos are around the 3MB range or a little smaller, however it gives me the exact same error with a test file of 0.3MB. If it's anything, I use the website on a firefox browser. If you think that may play into the problem i'll try and download a different browser and test that
Hi again! Sorry for the long response time. Sadly no it still does not work :( Same errors still. I even tried creating a new bundle, and still always the same thing; says "Server Error" when uploading in a batch, and leads to an error page when uploading just one.
Hello there!
I've been using line of action for a while but have recently created an account to be able to upload photos to the site to help others (i'm a bug photographer :)). However, whenever I go to upload one of my images, I'm given an error. I've even tried with a test file of very small filesize in case this was the issue, but it also gives me a "server error". The same problem happens in either mode of uploading photos.
Is there something I'm missing about the format, filesize, or steps to upload, or is this simply a bug that has yet to be fixed?
Thank you for taking the time to read my problem, have a good day ✨
