I love how you use curves in your drawing, especially for generally straight bone anatomy like the forearms. It really serves your goal of reducing stiffness. Perhaps the next step would be to exaggerate it further, perhaps consider the curve of the whole arm instead of only the forearm? I gotta say, great job though. These look great.
