Hey Dosharath, nice figures! What time did you have for each pose? I can see an issue with your pelvis on the woman with the umbrella, how much anatomy have you been grinding through? It looks like you're well on your way. Another thing is that your inconsisten shading is making your planes look flat. I wish I had time to make a video but it's time to hit the sack, so I'll do one tomorrow unless someone else has helped you. Anyways, like I said - nice! :3

Yeah I didn’t time myself (I just kinda went till it felt done)but you can assume I took too long haha. Haven’t studied anatomy in a while. How do I fix the shading issue, is it just that the source is inconsistent? Oh yeah I think I missed the iliac crest haha. thanks for the advice, looking forward to a video if you have time!

Yeah I do kinda just copy lighting from the model instead of understanding it. I've never considered to do do that with light. I do try to understand the figure not just copy it, now I'll start doing that with light too.(the bowtie reference was good) I totally see what you mean about the plane changes on the bottom figure I might try and update those drawings using your advice. Thank you so much for your ti.e and advice and keep saving up for that Ipad haha

Hmm ok I’d start by saying what’s good about a persons work then describe what might be wrong, ways to practice fixing it and maybe do a paint over, where you fix the mistake they made. You did a lot of these things ?

The top left one is not my favorite. I did that a long time ago and I see tons of problems with it. So I’d apritiate more critique one the other two?

Greatest job on your flow and fluidity of forces, forms, relationships, and anatomy of your nudest figures, but I'm too bugged by the intense rigidity of the rendered poses. Why don't you just go ahead with our Interactive Drawing Tutorial???

The reason why you can and will do this learn to draw tutorial is because if you can start off loosening yourself up with these "lightning sketches" then you can top it all off with a 5 minute study of a pose or anything.

If you get better with daily but consistent practice, then your aspirations can come true. For most inspiration, please pick up a copy of Action! Cartooning on Amazon for pose practice, AND MORE!
