This has very strong movement and great energy. Theres is really stron drawing through the form in the torso and arm. I would say that maybe you are spending too much time on scribling in certain areas (especially the legs) vs using each stroke in the time you have to add to the accuracy of the form. In my experice as you understand more about anatomy, economy of line becomes easier and easer. Meanwile, your drawing has a ton of energy and interest for the 30 seconds you had. As you develop a little more economy of line and attention to anatomical conenction, I think you will also start getting more continuity of form and better movement throug the entire figure.
