Now you are totally on the most rightest track on perceiving your lights and shadows, Naima, but I'm still getting way too much stiffness in your tones, but how would you like to loosen up your shadows with 70 more minutes of 29 second value poses? (70x60=4200/29≈145 sketches of lights and shadows)

The reason why is because you can and will help yourself to see the graphic shapes of the shades and the light directions.
