50 minute study (pencil)

Last drawing of a 2h session, aimed to bring sum up the work from the session. Special focuse placed on scale, accuracy and producing a finished piece.

Looking good! You seem to get the proportions and form right.

Shading can be cleaner. Arms don't look quite right. Currently, it looks wooden and lacks the proper form and natural curves of the muscle. It might just be the reference though. Also, it's worth looking at how to draw hair properly. One should look at it as a shape and not just lines.

Other than that, pretty impressive for a 50-minute study!

Looking the greatest indeed! I think that your forms and shading are in the right place, and I feel that you may show some potential after all, but the organic flow could use some unrestrained in your shoulders, so how would please free them up with your first 1 hour class mode coming up next? The argument is as a result, your gestures will become the least contrived and the most forceful, spontaneous and craziest. Good night to you, and hope this has informed you the greatest.

I like this piece. Im actually impressed with your understanding of form with the torso and you definitely are getting there with the shading. I think the contrast with the shadows can really be pushed though. It can be a little bit difficult with what I'm guessing is a number 2 pencil.

The problem parts got away from yah lol. Hands feet and face were probably worked on last. It happens! I do it all the time too. Its important to remember to step back and look at the whole piece, making sure you'r not leaving some part too unrefined.

I can tell you took your time with the face (not as much as you did with the torso but still more than the feet). I'd look up some tutorials on how to draw a skull or simple manequinn head or maybe even the Loomis method.
