your are great at face shapes but the noses don't always seem right on the face, expecially in side profiles(but thats normal, side profiles are very hard to get good at). Also your shading is a little stiff the face usually has more wrinkles that shadow the face. I really like the way you sketch in the hair, it has a nice flow to it and your eyes are amazing, the postion seems right in all of them. :))))
