Hey ! Quite courageous to start with hands and feet, it's notoriously tricky because slight errors quickly make them look janky. No worries though, with enough practice you can improve and it's quite fun.
I notice that you tend to focus on the outline, making some drawing look "flat". If I have one advice it would be to make some exercises using only basic volumes (boxes, cylinders), it may not look ass good initially, but it will give you a better understanding of the structure, and it will improve your "normal" drawings going forward.
