I think you're going in the right direction for that goal! An exercise you might want to try is really exaggerating the line of action even more, way beyond what it is in reality, and try to draw the pose that exaggerated. You can dial it back again for "finished" work, but it's a great exercise for limbering up your brain. :)

I like some of the choices you're making to exaggerate shapes. Did/do you have a specific practice goal you're working toward with this session? :)

Thanks for your reply, I just wanted to get more energy into my poses, sometimes when I draw my characters can be stiff
