Done as part of a practice session with poses of 2 minutes in length.

My current goal is: Improve at correctly capturing the overall proportions of the human form

I realized that feet were a bit of a weak point in my overall drawings so I tried a few studies to get the hang of it. I also usually use class mode and don't get very far because of my short attention span, so I did these ones in a longer set time to try and get more out of them!

These look great, the ones that are shaded are particularly impressive! It’s really hard to do longer sessions, but I’d say it’s payed off. The feet on the right have a good sense of weight, they’re firmly planted on the ground and don’t look like they’re floating.

the sketches without shading look disproportionate, so try to make double sure you’ve got a good general shape before moving on to any details. The sketch on the top left seems like you might’ve tried to define the toes with a single line, which I find is less helpful than thinking them as a single, roundish shape, toes rarely separate or move independently like fingers, save for the big toe. This page from ImagineFX Anatomy book really helped me, if you’re interested, check your local library, that’s where I found it. Amazon should have copies too, it includes a CD with a bunch of tutorial videos.

Here’s the page

Keep up the great work!

I think you're really on your way when it comes to accuracy of form! I think that these could use some more volume- keep adding shading, or experiment with line weight to indicate form and depth in your longer studies. You're starting to get into that on the foot on the top left- keep going with it, even if maybe the proportions aren't perfect to start. I find in my work that if I start adding volume, suddenly it's easier to correct where I went awry in my form.

Greatest job on your precision and refinement of your feet drawings. But meanwhile, the movement leaves anything to be desired yet. Why don't you go ahead with making the foot gestures and poses even more expressive but exaggerated with 7 minutes of 60 second feet sketches?

The reason is because, by working more with your shoulders for your feet drawings for 60 seconds each, then you can and will lead to more than exaggerated but funnier results.
