Hmm, that looks pretty good, muddyevil. But, how long did your face sketch take you to sketch? 10 minutes? If it's that or whatever, keep up the great work.

Try to destruct the head and face into simple geographic shapes. Start by drawing the head as a circle, then add the rest of the face to it (depending on the face shape or angle, it is usually a triangle or a rectangle). Only then add the middle lines of the face. This way you get a more correct form of the head.
