Done as part of a 30 minute class.

My current goal is: Reduce stiffness and make my drawings feel more dynamic, energetic, fluid

Your proportions look really good. that being said try to practice gesture - drawing your lines more quickly (move your hand more quickly and smoothly) will save you time backtracking and fixing stuff and more importantly it will train your eye to recognize form. One of the best ways to learn this is to extend your arm (lock your elbow) and try it that way. Or fix your pencil/charcoal to a stick and draw that way. It's tough but great practice.

I really love what you did with your hand sketches, SINE, but, I've got one most littlest suggestion: Love the gesture and spaces on your hands. Why don't you do 10 minutes of 5 minute sketches(10m/5m=2), pretty, pretty, please? Please???? Because, your forces and forms will become even more than strongest than they are in real life and photos. Ask earnestly that it'll succeed, even for you!!!
